Ashley and Tara are both very rude and demanding towards other staff. The clinic only has one certified vet tech which is technically illegal considering they have so many more staff members. Horrible place.

I have had nothing but good experiences there. The staff is friendly and warm. They truly care about you and your pets well being. I have been with them for almost two years now and have had no complaints with them checking over my dog or cats.

The staff was not very welcoming or attentive. The Dr. couldn't even guess what was wrong with my cat. I went to another Vet and they asked Ridgway Animal Clinic to Fax them the Blood Test results. After 4 calls, it still hasn't happened. If you care about your pet, go somewhere else.Very old staff. Seemed more interested in getting to the next patient than solving my cat's problem.
