Absolutely the best Garden Bar I have eaten at. I find, reaching under the sneeze guard, is painful for my arthritic hands and elbow joint, i have problems picking up ladle, which some- time is covered, on handle, with excess dressing, a mess, and bring it out to my plate to put on salad. Could you not go to using containers with handles you can just pour out dressings instead of ladling out and making a mess? 😟

I ate there on Dec.30,2014,at 9pm. When we ordered the crab cake combo,which included the salad bar there was two crab cakes offered on the menu,for 12.99,which might of been ok if the waitress had told us when we ordered but didn't. It was the most unappealing slop that was served, no garnish and that was burnt and flatter than a pancake and tasteless.I seriously I think you ran out of crab cakes and tried to stretch what you had, it did not benefit your establishment one bit. Continue to serve food of this caliber you need to close. And the manager needs to stop saying sorry about that.GOOD LUCK. Mrs.Cannon

our salad had plastic in it. they forgot our biscuits. then when we asked for them. they only gave for one person. we both were post to get them. my boyfriends plate looked like a kids meal. the steak was badly over cooked. his lobster was like 3 inches by quarter inch. my food was terrible. refills took 10 minutes to get. by the way they were slow. it was a terrible experience all the way around.

When I have eaten in the Ruby Tuesday of New Bern I found the service very slow and the order is never correct.
