Our family has done business with this location for a few years now. Up until recently the provided services has declined- the quality of care and attention to detail they display with workmanship is poor. As far as management, I truly feel that a course in customer service and management is highly recommended (staff as well).



As a business owner myself, it is imperative for a business (business owner) to make sure that your product (in this case- clothes) are properly handled, clean and accounted for before being returned to its owner. I found neither to be the case of our visits. Words for the wise- revise, review and revamp your methods of service before it's too late.
