1. The contractor installed the electrical part of our tankless water heater so it would only work when the utility room light was on, was corrected.
2. Contractor installed a flex gas hose, which has currently leaked after 1 1/2 years. We attempted to contact Allied, no answer. DTE will fix problem for $187.

I have used Allied Plumbing a number of times over the years. They always come out right away after I call.. The job was done professionally and really fast.. and Alan and his crew are the nicest people. I would absolutely recommend them!!

Last November 2014 had a problem water back up in basement . Allied came out inspected with their equipment also showed me the problem. A lot of tree roots had damaged pipe which were already outdated. Alan of Allied Plumbing & Sewer had explain what needed to be done , excavation of my back yard , cutting portion of cement slab where Central Air unit was located , time and cost. Since this was a recurring problem I agreed. I was also to by Alan of Allied Plumbing & Sewer that in April I should call so they can come out and resettle the dirt in my back yard. WELL I DID CALL SPOKE WITH ALAN, HE SAID ALLIED WOULD COME OUT AT THEIR CONVENIENCE OR MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND PAY FOR THEM TO COME OUT . I Told HIM I WASN'T GOING TO PAY ( PAID FOR WORK DONE IN NOVEMBER 2014 AT A COST OF $3505.00) SO AS OF NOW MY BACK YARD IS STILL A MESS THANKS TO ALLIED PLUMBING & SEWER. CLEAN UP YOUR MESS, ALLIED!!!!
