The employee's at this store know nothing about cell phones. They couldn't answer any of my questions, and it was kinda sad that I knew more about Verizon's cell phones than the employees at this store. Also I bought a cell phone charger for $20.00 that broke the first time I unplugged it from a outlet. I tried to return or exchange it the next day and was told there was nothing they could do because I "broke" it. It was a extremely cheaply made charger that I later found online for $8.99. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the employees, although technologically challenged, were nice and friendly. They just couldn't answer any questions.

This business only employes the rudes most unhelpful people they can find. I would never re comend this business to any one that wants service. PLEASE AVOID BAD BUSINESS
