I have had several messed up orders and had spoke with a few rude , slow people like it killed them to take my order or hand it to me. I have had some good service and it was a miracle. But this morning I went and ordered some food and Orange juice I checked my food and it was right. When I got home and took a drink of my Orange juice IT WAS WATERED DOWN big time. I tasted more water than Orange juice. I called and complained And when I asked for the corporate number they gave me a 18667830061 number. I called and it was a number not in service. I am goin to stop going there because they waste my time when I do go there.

At the drive-thru I ordered; 2 Mcdoubles, NO PICKELS!!, extra ketchup, extra mustard, Large fry. I got 2 Mcdoubles pickles hardly any mustard or ketchup, and my large fry was only filled half way. I parked and entered the store explained the problem the person at the contour; they apologized and took the order back to the back to be fixed, returning with a new bag. I was happy with the service until I returned to my car to find I not only had pickles on the burger that it was over kill on pickles! 9 pickles on one burger. They had placed pickles on both sides of the patty. When I returned the burgers again for the third time the guys in the back where laughing at me!!! The manger saw me and walked to the back of the store and did not return. They replaced the order again with out pickles but the burgers were squished and tasted soggy. I was very unhappy with the service. I called the store three times before anyone answered the phone asked for the manager woman on the phone replied she was the manger. I explain what happen and she acted as if they had just misunderstood what I wanted. Example: I ordered no pickles and they thought extra pickles. I explain that there is a different between extra pickles and over kill! You do not make a Mcdoubles with extra pickles on both sides of the patties, they only come on top side. I asked for her name (Joy Smith) and the name of the person in charge of her (Casandra Lowmax). I asked for the number of corp. got (903)667-7701 (a disconnected number)… I have problems with them screwing my order up several times before but never this bad.
