It's still hard to find decent caring people today that want to earn their living thru their profession. Chester is one of these types of people. I found that Advantage went above and beyond their "comfort zone" to help me with my particular situation. Bottom Line...

I feel that a good job was done at a fair price. Advantage did what I ask them to do and didn't try to sell me anything I probably "didn't need"

Very professional and courteous service. ASG did very professional job installing my gutters and downspouts and they look great.

On 5/10/10, ASG installed gutters on my home. On 5/11/10 I called to let them know that there was a dent in one of the downspouts and that it needed to be replaced. They said they would replace the downspout. On 6/4/10, I called again and left a message. No one returned my call. On 6/11/10, I finally reached them and they assured me that I was on the schedule to have my downspout replaced. On 6/24/10, I called again to get a more definite date on the replacement. No one has returned my call. I am very disappointed in the service that I have received from ASG. I did all my research on ASG. I looked at the BBB website and felt confident that they were a legitimate business. I was wrong.
