Great place to lift. Open 24/7 during the week. Multiple different rooms with different equipment. No pool, no hot tub, just a gym (which is actually a relief, no distractions).

I got a membership with the gym on Sat, 1/12/13 specifically because they offer childcare. On Mon, 1/14/13 I went for the first time. I went into the "childcare" room to drop off my 18 mo old son. The room had at least 20 kids in it of all ages with 1 supervisor. She did not greet us or introduce herself at all. My son seemed to be okay so I left. Immediately he began to cry (my son attends daycare full time & has never had a problem being left in the room) but I figured he would stop soon. Again the girl did not approach him. I was on the treadmill for 20 mins while I listened to him crying hysterically. No longer able to hear him cry, I approached the door & saw him alone by the door with boogers dripping down his nostrils. I look for the girl who is still sitting the same spot! I picked up my son & she says "Oh, I'm sorry." I just walked out. About 15 mins later when I arrived at home, I called the gym to notify the owner. He wasn't there. My husband called the following day, spoke with the owner, Jay, & we were told that he would call us the next day to see if we would change our minds. We didn't hear back from him. My husband and I called him a total of 9 times. Each time I was told he wasn't in. I left 3 messages for him. Finally my husband was able to reach him Friday, 1/18/13. He begins to tell us he would refund our money but we wouldn't receive it until next Friday! I am completely appalled at this LACK of customer service.
