This is a good store, they have repaired my phone multiple times. Excellent service! The man who works here is very negotiable, and will really work with you. Great service and they are really good with the customers

Immediate problems couldn't send out media mail, make or recieve phone calls, listen to my voicemail, transfer pics, version was outdated and phone would not let me manually update. He suggested I take it to att to fix settings,I did. I was still having problems so I called att, they fixed the voicemail part. Took it into him for the rest of the problems and he said he would contact Samsung. Did not give me a temp phone. Got my phone to me 2 days later and said all was resolved except updated version but to take to best buy and they could do there. best buy updated software. 2 weeks later same problems start happening again..can't send media mail or make outgoing and incoming calls. I message him that at this point I would like my money back. He says he only has a 15 day money back guarantee (even though he specifically hand wrote 30 days and signed next to it) and that he could give me another phone but it would be an additional $100. Don't waste your time or money w this scam artist.

I got the most horrible customer service at this place of "business". Purchased a groupon for broken iPhone. Called them told me to come in. Drove 45 mins to this place. Get there to a sign that says groupon buyers we don't have inventory to fix your phone, come tomorrow. Walked inside, guy said they do that to scare customers away since they have too much business. Told me he would take mine but will take at least an hour. I said ok, gave him two hours. Came back to oh, we're not done yet, give us another hour. Horrible guest service, gave my review to groupon. Do not waste your time!! They are kids running a store that don't know anything about keeping customers for the long haul!!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Their customer service is horrible! If you call, you'll be lucky if they pick up at all - must not need business. Definitely will not be getting mine in the future.
