I called and talked to Mr. Boyer on an initial consultation on an easement issue I am having and he was enthusiastic and sounded extremely interested. I emailed him information including images of the easement and copies of deeds. I made follow up calls and his assistant always told me he was busy AFTER putting me on hold. I presume she asking him if he was busy. After four working days I told her i needed to know if wasn't interested because i would find someone else, she said, "let me give you his voicemail, you can tell him."



I left him a message and told him i needed to know what is going on. He never returned my call. It's been more than a week since my initial consultation and i am looking elsewhere. In the meantime, i have lost a week on my real estate problem.
