The staff is slow and indifferent. I couldn't get in to see my regular doc so I went to this clinic. (I should have gone to the ER) I was in some minor pain and required a prescription for antibiotics...the sooner the better. I was diagnosed and out the door by 9am on a Friday. At 4pm the same day there was still no prescription at my pharmacy and again....this was a Friday.
When you call the clinic, you get a recorded message and realistically you hv only 2 choices. You can be transferred to the answering service or you can hang up and leave them alone. These are the options during office hours as well. So what are the office hours you ask. Who knows. They cannot be found anywhere except on the front door of the clinic if you care to drive down and look. So to summarize, this clinic is set up to deter and push patients off to hopefully a better medical facility?

OMG STAY FAR FAR AWAY. THIS IS THE WORST MANAGED MEDICAL FACILITY, ALL LOCATIONS, THERE COULD POSSIBLY BE.

THE STAFF ARE TOTALLY NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE.THE ATTITUDE IS IF IT HAPPENS WHENEVER IT'S OK, IF NOT NO BIG DEAL. I THINK THEY HAVE BEEN PROGRAMED NOT TO ANSWER PHONE OR GIVE ANY INFO OVER THE PHONE.I TRIED TO GET INFO FROM 4 LOCATIONS AND NEVER REACHED ANYONE, FINALLY LEFT A MESG.

MORE IMPORTANTLY MY INSURANCE CO. (BC/BS) HAS BEEN TRYING TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT BILLING FOR 4 DAYS.
