I normally love the Vietnamese...

I normally love the Vietnamese, and the Chinese is OK from here. My family has been frequenting this place in one form or another for around twenty years. There have been times that they are spot on, and times they have missed the mark. Most of the time, (other than the tea) they are a good place to eat. But recently I find myself defending the service and the food to friends and co-workers alike; after recommending China Kitchen to them. I recently had an instance that a dish (out of five purchased) on the ticket was not palatable. My wife and I took the food back and asked that they allow us to select something else from the menu to make up for the unsavory entre. The manager promptly asked as to the reason for returning the food. Upon hearing the answer stated that”if everyone who had a problem with the food, brought the food back with the expectation of something in return. They could not stay in business”. Immediately I was alarmed and asked if this was a recurring theme with my Wife or the customers in general. The Manager merely restated the aforementioned line about the fact that if they gave out free food they could not stay in business. I was told that ‘I should keep my voice down” and that “I only want to not pay for my food”. In essence she called me a free loader. I have never returned a meal in all of the meals eaten there. I feel that this was uncalled for and will not eat at this establishment again. Buyer Be Warned just want to post this to let those interested no what they are getting into. There is no refund on the tea or the unpalatable entre.

I LOVE this place. The waiters and waitresses are always friendly (sometimes hard to understand) but its always nice! The food is good, not rotten, and I don't know how others got to go into the kitchen haha but the food is worth it! Support the local businesses!!!! Ive been going here since I was a little kid and every single one of my friends agrees this is the best chinese food in town! Try their hot and sour soup! I want some now just writing this review!!! :D

The worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. This food was mushy, greasy and just plain bad. The waitress Raquel was very nice but the management is horrible. I had a problem with my food and had to send back my shrimp dish. I was charged for just the tea and soup... Which was $1.75 MORE than the lunch special. The owner yelled at me and told me I had to pay because I did not eat shrimp. Okay... That was the worst service I HAVE EVER HAD. I say skip China Kitchen... It is not worth it!!!

No! No! No! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The food is good (sometimes) But the food is really bad other times. The kitchen is FILTHY! They are known for serving spoiled rancid meats... They will not throw it away. They WILL SERVE YOU ROTTEN FOOD! DO NOT EAT HERE... unless of course you enjoy food poisoning!!!!
