I will never go to another funeral home for services other then the kind hands of this one. Everyone there made us feel as if they were grieving with us and they were kind and led us thru the process as we did not know what to do when our newborn daughter passed away. They were kind gentle and caring with our delicate family. I still think of them when I pass the funeral home and instead of bad memories of my daughter being there I think of the kindness they gave our family.

Yesterday evening about 6:00 pm arrived to visit family of Jack Dawson. Entered main entrance and no one present to greet or guide properly. Then through a glass wall a gentleman behind his desk finally asked if we needed help...then without ever getting up from his desk gave directions. I've never experienced this lack of proper greeting by funeral directors in my entire life ! I had considered this facility for my own arrangements but after this incident I will reconsider my final options.
