The TX Medical Board charged Dr. David B. Templin with "Failing to adequately assess a patients complaints of leg pain and shortness of breath, and consequently FAILED TO DIAGNOSE the patients deep vein thrombosis (DVT). The medical board also charged Dr. Templin with inadequate medical records for the patient." 24 hours after Dr. Templin performed surgery on the patient she died of a pulmonary embolism. He is currently under board order, disciplinary date 8/28/2015
