I was on the phone at the time, but did here portions of your conversation in which you where not the most professional. Unfortunately we have some tough decisions to make with regard to deposits, and you stated everyone invite would respect it when I originally voiced my concerns in the e-mail below I provided a warning because of your age. I also spoke with the person you are speaking about and he said that you became vulgar towards the end of the call at one point screaming "f*&$% you", did you feel the need to scream and use vulgarity? Our rental agreement is in place for a reason, these homes are other peoples property who are being nice enough to allow travelers to visit them, by standing on the furniture (regardless of composition, indoors or out), removing and ice chest(cooler), removing an air mattress (which also appears to have had more people then permitted), causing a decorative plant to become unstable and laying on the floor upon our arrival, and lowering the air conditioning below a reasonable temperature you violated our terms of the rental agreement. I saw the sign you posted on the window regarding the "House Rulez"(also included), and while I appreciate your efforts typically the only reason someone has the need to place "rulez" up is because of prior behavior. Do you honestly feel as though you treated our home with the same respect you do yours or was it more of a rental car mentality? The Air condition was a call we don't often receive unless the system is frozen, which is one of two things normally. 1.) Dirty filter, but this house in on whats called a filter program and when checked was fine. 2.) Aggressive temperature changes. A home can only be lowered to about 25 degrees that it is outside. We tried to explain and speak with the person you left to "watch the house", but she was either too hungover or inebriated to carry on a conversation refusing to speak with the A/C tech / me and another rep. from our company about the situation and remained in a room the entirety of his call. I can assure you the owners feel totally disrespected by you standing on any furniture inside or out, this occurred well after 2:30 am and woke the lady next door. Someone had to be loud enough to wake the neighbor in order for her to complain, we have a full calendar and never once had a complaint about any of our tenants. The lady next door is good friends with the owners and is by right, part of our inspection personell. She also told us there were 7 cars and more than the allowance of people in the home. We have an arrangement with the neighbors of the homes we manage asking them to get involved by notifying us of outlandish behavior, she chose not to call until the morning when you checked out. I understand your frustrations, but it is directed at the wrong people. We didn't stand on the furniture, vandalize a decorative plant, remove an ice chest (cooler), remove an air mattress, or freeze up the AC system.
