Horrible experience here. Took my car in because my ac was no longer blowing cold air. The mechanic told me it only needed freon ($80 entire day to complete). The next day still no cold air blowing. I call & they tell me well the compressor must need to be replaced? How did they not know this? So I save $ for a month & take it in. Dropped my car off on Monday morning & it took him until Thursday evening to try different parts to realize that he didn't know what he was doing. 4 days to realize this and because I was upset they called to tell me that I must pay cash (almost $1000) to get my car. Take my car to the dealership & EVERYTHING he did had to be redone because it was not done correctly! They also told me what he did may not need to be replaced because it was a computer issue but because he already switched the part it had to be replaced because it was the wrong part. After a debate they finally agree to refund my money only for the part I had and nothing else. DO NOT GO HERE!!
