Very displeased with this rental facility. Reserved a vehicle online and reserved it for 730 am promptly for an out of town event. When i arrive ready to leave, they tried to send me in a dirty SUV with A cracked windshield. On top of that, the lady tried to rack up a bunch of useless charges to add to my rental fees that was apparent she just wanted more money from me. It is now 830am and I'm am late because they are having to clean a vehicle that should of been ready for me to pick up and go. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Apparently when I did not express joy when Jenna Horine was unable to provide the car I needed she decided she did not like my attitude and refused to rent a car.



Or was it she felt I was a poor risk.
