I just had a terrible experience with the manager Eric. I paid $33 to clean one dress, yes it was a designer dress and I paid the fee but the dress smelled like body odor when I picked it up. So I sent it back to be cleaned again! I went to pick it up and checked the dress for the body odor smell and it still smelled!! When I brought the dress in I told Eric about the smell and when I finally came back to pick up my dress and it still smelled I asked him to smell it and he said he couldn't smell anything!!! I am so angry and when i told him I wanted to talk with his supervisor he basically told me I know what she is going to say, she is not going to do anything for you!! I could not believe this guy! Then he kept telling me they did not put the smell in the clothes!!! I said what does that have to do with it? that is why I brought it in for cleaning!! Then he told me to call him tomorrow and he will let me know what she says! Is it to much to ask a dry cleaners to clean the items brought in for cleaning?? Especially when you pay top dollar for their services???

I went there and presented one of their internet coupons for shirts to be laundered for $1.99 and they told me that in order fo rme to get that price on the coupon I had to pay the regular price for an item to be dry cleaned. I ask the lady "Where does it say that" She said " you must have cut it off", she pulled out the same coupon sheet that I cut my coupon from and could not find it anywhere where it says that. She said "I'll honor that coupon just this one time only. Next time you'll have to pay the regular price for a drycleaned item" I said "No there will not be a next time, I'll just take my clothes to another cleaners in town." I gues they just dont understand how much of an influence I have on the community. DONT LET THEM MAKE YOU PAY FOR ANYTHING EXTRA!!! IF ITS NOT IN WRITING ON THE COUPON THEY CAN'T CHARGE YOU FOR IT!!
