Just left one of the more nasty customer service experiences of my life in this store. I went to return an item I'd bought specifically for one recipe. The item did not work. An older man working there, when asking about the application used actually made a face, rolled his eyes at me, berated me publicly at the check out and continued to berate me as he walked out of the store assisting another customer to the car. The one star review is there only because another employee processed my refund. This store is going out of business and from my experience today, I can absolutely see why. Had he been the least bit polite I might have taken his recommendation for an alternate item. I'll not spend another dime there after that. My 8 year old son, unprompted, quite aptly described this man's behavior as extremely childish. Do not bother shopping here.

I love this place. I can't walk out of this store without buying something!
