Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!!! Stayed at a Quality in New York that lacked in a few ways. I was initially apprehensive about trying another Quality Inn. This experience changed that for me. This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. I travel 7 days per month and stay in all sorts of hotels. So I have quite the experience to compare to. Also, the service was something you don't see much these days. Friendly faces who seemed genuinly excited to help. Ambiance was excellent as well. You could just tell that ownership put a premium on guest experience. This wasn't how many heads we can get in beds. This was, take care of the customer, provide an elite experience and get return business that way. Well, you got me, I'll be returning. Bravo
