Just. FYI about Mr Charles. Another example of a customer done wrong by another tech and calls me out which should have been $ 100.service fee. But once i saw how rude and coarse he was i explained that he had out dated parts that they don't make any more and that the previous tech had then with him. After he told me he was a cop and told my the ploys he uses to entrap people i new i didn't want any more to do with him. So just charged him s40 and politely left.

Red is nothing more than a thief.... charged $40 for an estimate, with no receipt, said he had to research, then disappeared. He does not respond to phone calls or texts. Looks like an easy way to make a living without having to work.... Avoid him at all costs!
