Provided by YP.comThe quickest and easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Joe Constancio was professional, knowledgeable, and an asset to their sales team. Joe was able to answer all our questions and I never felt like he was pushy ( like most car salesmen). Lol He was able to workout a great deal, and there was NO HAGGLING. We told him what we wanted and he made that happen.
It was the quickest car buying experience due to the no haggling. After, we worked with Joe we worked with Adam Langford from the finance department. He was also professional and knowledgeable about the finance aspect. He had an easy going personality and helped us complete the deal.
If your in the market for a new vehicle and want a honest deal go see them!

Provided by YPmobileI recently purchased a vehicle from Roger Beasley Hyundai New Braunfels. The Internet price was not honored and the rebates advertised by being written on the windshield of the vehicles at the dealership lot were not applied. The salesman came up with certain stipulations that were not disclosed nor clearly advertised.
After delivery of the vehicle we noticed that two of the add-on features that we were charged for were missing. It took 30 days before they were delivered after they were told that we would write in to the BBB. They were then delivered the same day 30 days later.
Received registration and license plates in the mail. Noticed that the tags were registered for another city and county. The dealership put the wrong zip code in. Called in to the dealership to address problem and was told that it was not a issue. To put the registration on anyway and in two years it would be changed when the paperwork is sent to the dealership because the paperwork is sent to the dealership first before it is sent to the customer for the first two years. After trying to make them understand that we wouldn't ever receive the correct paperwork because the zip code was wrong we went to the registration department in our city and paid to have the correct county and city changed. Per registration department we did the right thing because that would not have worked.

Provided by YP.comI had a flat tire after work today and stopped at Roger Beasley. I couldn't get ahold of my husband and didn't know where else to go. Quentin tried to fill my tire up with air, but it wasn't working. Getting a little desperate at this point, I asked Rick if I could test drive a car to my daughter's school. He asked me what kind of car I would like to drive and what features I was interested in. I told him a Sonata- and air conditioned seats! I put the carseat in the car and, in my haste, broke my thumbnail off. Enter Rick to the rescue with a bandaid! We drove to my daughter's school and picked her up, and Rick looked up tire places that were open. When I came back, Quentin had put on my spare for me.
Incredible service from two guys who knew I wasn't going to buy a car. Because of them, my daughter wasn't stranded at school, and I got my kids and myself home in one piece. THIS is the kind of service car dealerships should have. Thank you Roger Beasley Hyundai!

Provided by YP.comI had been shopping for a vehicle for a couple of months, trying to find the perfect car. A friend of mine recommended a Hyundai, my first reaction was no way. I ended up going to the Hyundai store per my friends recommendation in New Braunfels and found a perfect car! Thank you so much for my new Sonata! Awesome team!
