The red purple hair front check women is very RUDE,! I went to pick up IPad charger after I called an said had. Brought to counter an ask to check to see if it worked. The purple red hair women with attitude said with a snuff, It says it is for IPAD, so it will work,. I said ye an so did the 29,99 too but didn't . I have a apple, just can't use any charger. An she is yes u can, I said with a hard smile NO U can not. She snorft an huffed grabbing the scissors very angry an rip the package open an pushed it at me, an replied rudely, "I don't have a plug n or know where ones at,. I said aahh right there in front of u across the counter, you know the holes in the wall. that's an outlet,,. I plugged it in, an sure enough, yep Don't work..I turned an said,,see I told you,,as I walked out the door I said to her you need to watch your attitude with me or anyone else for that matters....not to mention whole time this going on,,. Old lady next to me going on on on about how I can eat gluten an it works for her an how can I wear high heels,,I turned to old lady an lady an said I love my heel an no I can't an won't eat gluten...omg I made sure I called to speak with Mgt, Very nice man, without details, let us just say,,she will be getting n trouble an good talking. P.s I so know what u mean on the person in the back,,RUDE, thinks she is better then u..

Sign....Fed up with today's customer service....or I am just fed up with people n general...

I am VERY upset with my experience at Ross in New Braunfels, Texas.

A Woman working the fitting room on August 21, 2012 was extremely RUDE and made me so upset I left my items I was going to purchase, and I left the store immediately!

She was NOT at her station working the fitting room, I, after trying on my garments, stood and waited 2 minutes and finally put the number up she had RUDELY given to me and walked away. There was no one working there so I took the two garments which I should've just thrown on the floor, myself, and walked to put them away. I look and see her texting in a near by area, and she quickly walked towards me as If "I" had done something wrong. This was an older woman, she questioned me in a very rudely, slightly arrogant manner,as if I didn't belong there. She's the type of TRASH that would be hired here at the Ross in New Braunfels! There's a very poor selection of individuals working. She told me to show her "where" I put the number, like she was a higher authority figure. I have NEVER in my life been treated with so much disrespect. She treated me not as a customer, but as some person at her garage sale. I will never, REPEAT never, SHOP AT ROSS IN NEW BRAUNFELS,TEXAS AGAIN! Hold that thought, I will never walk in to any Ross on this planet. GOODBYE !

VERY UPSET, I'VE SHARED THIS STORY WITH A FEW, AND THEY SAY THEY NO LONGER SHOP AT ROSS IN NEW BRAUNFELS DUE TO THE GROUP OF PEOPLE WORKING THERE, AND THE OVERALL FILTHY ATMOSPHERE.
