Was excellent. Waited less than 5 minutes. Staff was warm. Professionalism and procedure, Big League!

This is a terrible place to take your child for any kind of orthodontics. The orthodontist has only a few office days a month. In the event of a problem or difficulty they have no back up to meet your needs. 3 days after my son had his braces applied 2 brackets popped off (It was not anything emergent but obviously it was part of the routine treatment program). My wife took him in and a dental assistant took a look and relayed findings to the orthodontist by phone (who was on vacation and was this could be addressed at the next available appointment (which was 10 days later). When my wife brought my son in for the follow up, the orthodontist said this is not an appointment to make repairs so she just clipped off the wires that were not held by brackets (the entire left side upper set) and said see you in 2 weeks for the repair. We fired this group and are seeing another orthodontist. We paid them for the job up front with money back guarantee and was assured we would receive it in 2 weeks and that 2 days ago was the 2 week anniversary and still no money. I guess we will need to take legal action of some kind but for future referenc efor anyone else...STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!!!
