This by far the worse experience I have had buying a car. People need to stay AWAY from car world!!! They told me to bring 1500 dollars for a car and when I had the money complete it all of a sudden became 2000…Once I took the 2000 dollars they said they would try their best to have it to me by the end of the day. This is normal for any dealership right? Nope, not for car world… Excuse after excuse from replacing the windshield to getting the proper key to now having a check engine light on it has now been a week since I put insurance on the car and the down payment and still yet to see my 04 Audi that I purchased…and I may not see it until next week if ever…This is ridiculous!! The car on the lot is supposed to be ready to be sold and apparently this is a memo that car world missed. Not to mention they make it seem as they are doing you a favor by selling you a car and getting it ready to go. I read a review right before I wrote this one and I wish I had read it before I purchased the car because there would have been NO POSSIBLE WAY I would have purchased a vehicle for this run down hole in the wall… I plead EVERYONE TO NOT BUY HERE AT NO COST… I’m literally begging you.. trust me it will save you a world of heartache. The only reason why I’m continuing with this transaction is because they refuse to give me back my two thousand dollars….CAR WORLD 3 In New Britain Ct is GARBAGE. From cars to customer service.. Stay away…

Do not buy a car from here! I repeat do not buy a car from here! I am a 22 year old college student who needed to get herself a new vehicle for law school! I fianlly found the car I wanted and he told me to put a down payment down until i get the rest of my down payment so I put $200 down until my rebate check from school. Once I had did that I started to have second thoughts about the car becasue he would not let me test drive the car and he had his child car seat and other gadgets in the car he was trying to sell me and it was only a 2001 jeep grand chereekee and he wanted almost $9000. Finally, I had recived my check from school but my job had recently informed me that they were cutting my hours down which meant I would not have been able to pay for my car becauseI had to help my mother with her bills. When I asked for my down payment back he said no and lied and said he told me that it was non refundable then he told me that he was not the manager nor owner and once I got home I found the flyer with his picture on it stating that he was the new manager! And told us to come back on monday and hasd put up new signs saying non refundable deposits!

Long story short THIS MAN IS A SELFISH HORRIBLE BUSINESS MAN WHO'S COMPANY SHOULD BE UNDER INVESTIGATION BECASUE HE IS THE BIGGEST SCAM ARTIST I KNOW! do not forget to copy and paste the link to check out this scam artist!
