After having a quickie detail on my friends new BMW, I realized her windows were all scratched up, one was a very deep gouge. Upon confronting the owner he got into a little hissy and said "HE DOESN'T NEED TO TAKE OUR ATTITUDE" referring to myself and friend who's NEW CAR was now destroyed. Then he ran off like a little girl refusing to take any responsibility for the damage caused. OUR ATTITUDE!!! YOU DESTROYED OUR CAR!!! I fully intend on persuing all avenues available to hold this unsavory business owner responsible for his actions and business practice.
