I go there because it is on my...

I go there because it is on my way to work and usually not that busy. Coffee is usually made as ordered. HOWEVER The woman at the window who described her self as the morning Mgr. is allways rude. She must reconize my voice for I USED TO go there every morning. She never says You are Welcome after thanking her,she never has a smile on her face, she is allways involved with other conversations. She allways has attitude when makeing the purchase.

The first thing you dont need in the morning is to deal with a rude employee, really starts the day off in a bad way. She needs to do back to Dunkin Donute School and learn how to treat good customers. Wont go back till she has been moved to other shift.
