I must admit this was my first manicure ever, but I did go with a friend who had had several previously, so this review reflects both our impressions. I was immediately impressed by the friendly service, as an employee helped me pick out my nail color, offering helpful suggestions. Then we sat down to start getting worked on, and another employee came over and started giving us gentle back/shoulder rubs. (Tip: don't wear a scratchy fuzzy sweater when you go. Also, its rather warm in there - just wear a light cotton shirt.) They then put a warm heat pack around your shoulders while your nail job is completed. While your nails are under the dryer, your attendant again gives you a shoulder rub for a couple of minutes. All this for $10!!! My experienced friend was very impressed as well. Very clean also, nice soft music playing. (This being said, I think the nail job itself was just average, but who cares after all that??) Lots of other nice options are available, ...
