I have no idea how they got license for this business. I Believe that they abusing people ...........

Poor owner communications. Still waiting for a return call regarding former caregiver issue 3 days later. Agnes stated she would fall back the next day

Called many times, after assurances from the owner that they could find someone for us -- but return calls were infrequent and spaced over a period of MONTHS. Every time I got a call back, our assigned "representative" had a person who did not meet the criteria we had requested, then told us that wasn't what we said the last time (!?) and she'd have to start all over again -- or acted as if this were our first call, and took the same information over again and said she'd get right on it. Arrgh! No results, a lot of stringing along, much frustration, and a few snide remarks when I asked to talk to someone else. She finally stopped calling, and we gave up and looked for another agency.
