I went to this specific subway for the first time on 5/18/16 around 7 p.m. and met an employee that was unaware of many things. I told him I had a coupon I wanted to use and he told me that they "don't do coupons". This was alright with me but when I asked for a reason why they don't use them he did not give me a legitimate response or any response for that matter. Then I asked for the store number and he said they didn't have one. I knew they did have one and he said he didn't know what it was. How does and employee not know their stores number? Not only that but he didn't even know his manager's name! The employee was rude and disrespectful and if I had known this before, I wouldn't have came to the store.

Early this evening, I went to this Subway location to get a sandwich, and I must say that I left this restaurant very disappointed. Not only did they not have the things that I wanted to create my sandwich, the male that was serving me was very rude and unprofessional about handling the situation. I asked for the oven crisp chicken, and after he put the chicken in the oven, told me that there was no sauce to make a chicken parm. I was still forced to buy the chicken sandwich because he could simply "not waste the chicken". I did not even get an apology. To make the matter worse, the sandwich was terrible.
