Horrible very unprofessional, unorganized, careless, rude, and aggressive. I had to go there for an assessment from idrc. Nothing but a one time visit. I was told when I called to make the appointment with the receptionist who is very disgustingly rude by the way, that Idrc would have to send them my paperwork before I come in for the appointment. Not a problem, I had idrc fax it. I called on a Monday and my appointment was set for Wed morning. When I called here on Monday to confirm they received the fax. The receptionist confirmed she had my paperwork and we were good to go. I arrived ontime and when I first walked in there she was rude from the beginning. She asked for my money, my id, and paystub; I had it all and gave it to her. She told me to wait checked the log book and saw I was scheduled that day. She had me step to the side and she walked over to me after a few minutes and said and I quote "I do not have your paperwork, I told you that we need the paperwork before we can see you. Go home and get me the paperwork." I was livid. I exclaimed that we had spoken on Monday just two days ago and that you had confirmed that you had my paperwork. She began to argue with me and told me it wasn't her that I spoke with. During that time, another woman walks behind her and looks in some book and magically there was my paperwork. I then told her how ridiculous it was that she was going to send me home and she began yelling at me offering this laughable excuse that it was placed in the wrong folder. I said to her that this is not an excuse to give me, it shouldn't be in the wrong place in the first place. She then told me I had to leave and her cohorts all came over to me, several men who got really close to my face and were telling me I had to leave but with this stance like they were going to physically attack me. They were speaking to me in a threatening nature, and their body language echoed their words. They literally were inches from my face. They barked at me "You're done, You're done. We aren't servicing you. You better leave." I continued to argue with them stating that their incompetent and rude secretary lost my paperwork and without putting in an effort to locate it, brushed me off blamed ME, and told me to leave. It would be one thing if she was nice about it I would have just said "OK I will call and have them send it again." But she lashed out at ME as if I was the one who misplaced the paperwork. As I was walking out the door, I literally was opening the door and stepped outside, I heard another man from inside walk towards me as my back was turned and asked if I was Mohammad. I turned walked back inside and said yes I am. I thought he was going to try to remedy the situation. Instead he tells me "you have to leave." I then said to him, "you are all incompetent and have no business being counselors. You actually called me back into the building to tell me I had to leave!?" These people who work here, nor the place itself should be a means for support. They care nothing about people, they misuse their position, and violently erupt when their staff is challenged on THEIR carelessness and rudeness. There are better places to go. BEWARE of those who claim to be for the good of the people when they have no interest in doing so.
