Old Man Rafferty's is a full-service restaurant that specializes in preparing American-style dishes, including grilled salmon and steaks. Established in 1989, the restaurant offers a selection of cheese sticks, chicken quesadillas, baked potato skins, corned beef sandwiches, hamburgers, saut ed mushrooms, barbecued ribs, crab cakes, shrimp pasta and beef tenderloin. Its wine list features cabernet sauvignon, merlot, zinfandel and pinot noir. Old Man Rafferty's also manages an on-site gourmet shop that offers a range of salads and desserts. Additionally, the restaurant provides private rooms for rehearsal dinners, graduation parties, christenings, bat mitzvahs and showers, as well as business meetings and conferences. Old Man Rafferty's with a location in New Brunswick, N.J., also operates a restaurant in Hillsborough, N.J.
