Have been going here for ten years. My son used up a years supply of contacts in nine months. I went in to order and pay for a three months supply to get him through the rest of the year. I was denied my request to order more contacts unless I had my son take another eye exam just nine months from his last one. My insurance covers annual eye exams so this one would be on me to pay out of pocket. I asked for the script I had already paid for 9 months ago and was denied that also. It seems they think they are the only optometrists around so I will be taking my business elsewhere. My son can not see without contacts so I had to take him to a same day glasses store for an exam and glasses fitting which cost me 450 dollars, because I had to have them for my son to see at school the next day. These trapping tactics do not work with me and I can not believe after being a loyal customer for years, and also paying their higher prices according to my friends that go elsewhere that they would try to bilk me for an unnecessary exam. Will not be back.
