Gregg is nice to you when you stop by the shop looking to spend money but ignores calls and texts when trees and shrubs die and you expect him to honor his 2 year replacement policy. He is not to be trusted.

Same thing happened to me when I spent $8K for plants and $4K for the planting along with a 2year warranty. I wanted them planted in May 2015 but he couldn't deliver until July. Most of the plants died by September and kept calling him for 8 months and stopping by as he was never there (later learned his father plays lookout from the parking lot). Finally he said he would replace some of them in May which were delivered in July again. The replacements were shoddy looking and had bag worms. Nevertheless, these also all died and no word from him. Caveat emptor.

Unfortunately I can not reccommend Gregg's garden as a place to do business. After multiple assurances of a two year guarentee and assurances that they would replace dead material within the warrenty they are refusing to do any thing and in fact are not communicating at all. I spent aprox $7K on the material that died with no response from them.
