Hate giving it one star. Tried them quite a few times. Only because they are so close. If the clothes aren't lost, they always look like crap. I started using another cleaners but used Dove again, because it was close, and now they've lost 6 pair of pants. Never again!

If your not expecting too much this cleaners is fine, but if you expect correct pressing and your buttons intact and not melted from whatever and however in the world they're pressing clothes forget about it. No amount of complaining will change anything either, lol. Love the clerks, they're the only reason I have continued to use them at all but now out of self defense we really need to find another one.

Lost my black dress pants and black shorts had broken buttons ..

great place, been going there for years. some people think there high and mighty.

I bought 2 pants,1shirt brand new to have dry cleaned for a wedding,on both pants the buttons were melted off, 1 button on shirt was melted off, also black pants were full of white lent pressed into pants?they sent them back for a second time to come back with buttons still not sewn on pants?got them back for the third time with buttons,but still full of lent, I took them as is knowing they would not get the job done corectly. leson learned,I will be turning them in to B.B.B.
