Provided by YP.comThis is the worst store I have ever done business with. I would avoid them at all cost. I bought over $5,000 worth of furniture and a 5 year warranty plan. I paid $199.99 for the warranty but it turns out it was never registered. I called multiple times, I went to the store in person, I sent them a certified letter. I am always ignored. I spoke to a "Tony who promised to follow up with me after he spoke with the accountant. He never called. I spoke with the "Accountant" he was clueless and offered no hope. The manager "Mr. Ben" you can never get a hold of. This place is a joke. The worst service ever. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB and will wait a week to see if I get a refund, if not I am taking them to court.

Provided by YPmobileVery horrible experience those. I bought a living room set and I paid cash for it. They delivered a different thing three times and the last time they brought a damaged used sofa. I had to passed the entired christmas and the new year hollydays with my family seating on the floor. Until now this place has not returned my money. It's a nightmare!!!! Don't ever go that place.
