I use to like buying at this store, but the quality of service has gotten considerably worse of late... They have gotten very slow to the point that every-time I visit they are directing people to park at the end of the drive-thru lane by the door instead of a parking spot so they can take the food to you when it's finally ready... There's is not much room to go around any car parked at the end of the drive-thru lane and it's a dangerous situation because I have seen passengers opening car doors and getting out of cars and almost being hit ...

On my most recent visit a vehicle again was parked in the drive-thru lane, I was speaking to the shift manager about the potential of an accident happening when they ask customers to park at the end of the drive-thru lane and asking the other customers to drive around them, a guy came up to the window moved the lady I was speaking to and said, "well the car already left" so what.... I ask him who he was and he said he is the assistant manager and his name is Ronnie...

He then handed me my food and milkshake... His hands were dirty like he hadn't wash them for a while, so I had to return the food and ask for a refund... I don't eat food from nasty people!!!

I don't think I will ever buy from that store again...
