This place sucks. DO NOT move here. Cops are here on a daily basis with K-9s and assault riffles. People fight at all hours of the night in the streets. Their are shootings and robbery often. People smoke cigarettes in and do other drugs in the halls even though it states on your lease not to(which really sucks for me and my family as I have bad asthma and my kids are slightly asthmatic. The maintenance are in charge of all repairs including electrical and they are not certified. This place is a fire trap. The floors are week and feel like they will give at any minute. The office is nicely manicured to full unsuspecting victims into thinking the place is nice. The management picks on those who cause no problems but the people that need to be given a problem are left alone. They allow anyone to move in even though many of the people have bad criminal past. In just my immediate area of vision through my window their are two registered child s*x offenders and only god knows how many unregistered their are. People deal drugs on a daily basis and are often caught smoking weed, crack and doing many other drugs in the hall and management does nothing about it. People also have been caught peeing, pooping, and having s*x in the halls of the building even though young children live in these buildings. The things that go on here make me afraid to even step out my door. Only god knows what substance is being smoked or who's doing what in the halls that I certainly don't want my kids to see or be around. My biggest regret is moving here. The rent is cheap but you get what you paid for. Not to mention that the AC sucks and in the summer my electric is a minimum of 200 a month and only goes to 125 at the lowest in the winter even with the heat being free. This place is poorly built and poorly managed. SAVE YOURSELF BEFORE ITS TO LATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
