Not only were the employees completely rude and the quality of their costumes are beyond disappointing. My father bought a costume from there a couple days ago but was missing the mask which the package clearly stated was included. So, i went back there to not return but exchange so he could have what he payed for. The guys said theres nothing they could do. I understand people wear and try to return costumes but the way they treated us was completely ridiculous. Never purchasing a costume from there again.
