The people who work here are extremely rude, especially the manager Jeff Derby. They don't care to listen what the customer wants or needs. They just try to shove cell phones down your throat and make you buy what they want to sell. With all of the cell phone store around, one would think this store would care about what the customer thinks and needs. This store is not full of verizon employees. They are Verizon resellers and the Verizon company should be seriously concerned. Their actions now make me want to visit the AT&T store before I decide which service I will go with. Good Luck!
