The technician was very knowledgeable and prompt with service. He never tried to sell us unnecessary products or services.

Kenny, Tyler, and John cleaned our furnace/AC duct work today and did an excellent job. They cleaned air returns, all vents, and duct work. Then used camera throughout duct work to make sure all was clear and clean. They also cleaned dryer vent to outside of house. We were not expecting that perk. Used drop clothes and cleaned up everything. Could not have asked for better service.

My AC unit quit working on a very hot day. MRS was here in no time and fixed it quickly. Jeff Nation was my Service Pro. Jeff has always been polite, friendly and always goes the extra mile for his customers. He does a wonderful job of explaining what he's doing and why. I will always call MRS for my heating and cooling needs!

Had a problem with the boiler in my home. Jeff N. was on time and did a thorough diagnostic on my system. He was knowledgeable, explained things to me and gave me an on the spot estimate of the repairs. The parts were ordered and the next day he arrived to do the work, once again on time. The work was completed (under the estimated time and cost I might add) and my heating system is back up and running.

Mark was personable, knowledgeable and patient. I now have confidence in the recommendations of what needs to be done and also have confidence that that the service will be done in a professional manner.

I highly recommend MRS for all of your heating and cooling needs. My family has used MRS for the last 22 years. I also worked for a company that has used MRS for the last 23 years.
