I went there twice. The first time I went, I had a great experience; my fill-in looked great. But I don't live in NC, so I occasionally go and get nails done with my grandma here. I went a couple months later, and had the same lady do a fill-in, and they looked TERRIBLE. I ended up going in a week earlier than I normally do to get them filled in. The amount of people they see in a day is crazy; there will be a hand full of people lined up at the door when they open. But the place is clean; I guess enter at your own risk... PS, THEY DONT TAKE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS!!!

I love the way they do my nails but wait time is normally ridiculous to get in there. I was told they take appointments and then whenever I try to schedule one they say they don't make appointments but I've been sitting in there before when they have taken an appointment. what they do for one customer is not always what they will do for all of their customers which is very unfair.

I've been a repeat client @ Nail Experts for 5yrs now!! (I started out in a salon where i'd been referred to countless times, only to have my cuticles cut, bendable nails, they began to break off w/in a wk!! (DON'T GO NEAR WAL-MART, HOOSIERS!!) My husband recommended a 'new' spot..i was ready to just grow my oun out! but he talked me into it..and I've never looked back!! i avg. 3-4visits/yr. as long as you keep filling the 1st set, the cost is about half the usual!! & ALL women appreciate a good..GREAT!..BARGAIN. Everyone's exceptionally sweet & go out of their way to keep you in comfort as well as keep you coming back!! PLEASE, BE4 U TRY ANOTHER SALON, COM CKECK THIS 1 OUT!! They have the biggest color/design collection I've ever seen, other than in catalogs!! c u there, Sweetnesses!! in life, luv n laughter, S.S.S.
