They charge too much. very expensive. They showed me a sample of the work and it was not impressive. The heal cap was glued and the glue was all over the heel. They also arrogant and have exhibited some racism. The owner told me to go to my neighborhood, Nanuel or another location if I found their charges excessive. I don't even live or work in Nanuet. They assume by my looks that I live in the "neighborhood" using the term they used. Very arrogant. Very expensive and not worth the drive to the shop.
