Shekletski are licensed title insurance agents with the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance. Cedar Cliff Abstract Agency, Inc, is an agent of Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, the world's largest title insurance company. On most real estate transactions, the fee charged is the all inclusive fee set forth in the rates filed with the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance. All closings are conducted by the attorney agents. We believe this is an important benefit and advantage when choosing our firm to represent you at a closing. Your attorney is often involved from the time you sign the contract of sale through and after closing.
