There are many services and networks that exist today that generate referrals for real estate agents for relocating service members. Mortgage lenders for instance will have a referral network of thousands of agents ALL over the country that when requested ONE agents are then found by geographical location and paired with the service member. This model works however the benefit is PRIMARILLY for the agents AS it generates more leads in the END. It isn't the most efficient WAY to make these transactions successful because there isn't ANY details considered when pairing families with agents. Even the term military friendly agent is mis-leading because ALL that means is that the agent attended a class and pass extra for lead generation. OUR mission is to eliminate the confusion within this process and actually take into account the specific needs and wants for these Buyers or sellers SO that we CAN makes this process AS stress free AS possible.

We then evaluate your basic moving details and personally connect YOU with a real estate professional in the area YOU are moving to. This referral service is free to the service member and veteran and is only paid for by the real estate professionals after closing.

All interviews are conducted via phone call and some occasions there can be physcial meetings.
