This company has HORRIBLE customer…

This company has HORRIBLE customer service. We stayed for 3 years because our only other option was Time Warner Cable and we wanted to give a local company a try. The server is often down, and you can hardly ever actually talk to a real person in the tech dept. They never bothered to tell us how they wanted their modem back and simply charged us $116 for it without ever even ASKING for it back.

We now have the privilege of paying to ship it back to them so they can reimburse us the $116. They could have just explained when our service ended how they wanted the modem back without just automatically charging us for it!

Do yourself a favor, pay the extra $4/mo for TWC road runner service. They hardly ever go down, and a tech is always a phone call away (and you get real people on the phone, too!)

Promised a "smooth transition" from old lines to new ones - paid first bill thinking old lines were switched out. When old lines were canceled, none of the new ones worked! Techs were sent out but never responded. Representative was unresponsive.



NEVER AGAIN! Empty promises, nonresponsive people, rude customer service! Lost tons of money in the switch - not worth the promised savings as we never even got any lines hooked up! Sold us air!
