I am not to happy with the service I had today. Took my car in for a recall. They said it would take at least 3 hours or more to do. I asked if I could rent a car just to go shopping for 3 hours while my car is being done. I get the rental go shopping a few miles away, come back 3 hours later and I was told the car was not even started to be worked on. They said since I asked for a rental they thought I was going to leave my car there for 2 days and they were not in a rush to do it. I said I will just take my car and go home then. They tell me they will start the recall right away it would take 1 1/2 hours, it took 30 min to do. How come they tell me it will be 3 hours then all of a sudden its done in 30 min. Bad communication between the people that work there and the customer.
