This business has a long track record of helping HUD multifamily lenders understand the interest rate environment for their customers' loans. Kim and Mac have, over nearly 40 years, conducted themselves professionally and with the highest integrity. Never ones to think of themselves before their customers, they can be counted on to make your problems go away. They're always great to talk to about the future as well, though sometimes they're a little too cautious. In any case, I feel you can count on them to explain the lending market to people like me who are experts at underwriting but not economics.
