Terrible place to have service on your vacuum on. Marla has called me a liar, told me that I must have a dirty house, accused me of not knowing how to take care of my vacuum because it's needed so much service and had dirt on it. Imagine that, a vacuum with dirt? SMH Then charged me $90 to clean my vacuum because I didn't want to pay $100 for a new separator. They are a scam business and very hard to deal with.
