They were supposed to replace the LCD screen on my HP G70. I didn't have time to do it myself in the midst of taking care of my children, so I thought paying for something so easy was a no-brainer. I had my laptop returned to me with cracked and bent lacing brackets around my LCD screen, broken the plastic nut mounts out of the LCD rear (top) lid, and they GLUED my palm rest assembly (which, in my case, does power the POWER button to my computer, but still) TO the main assembly, left my webcam dangling behind my LCD screen, and the LCD screen half plugged into the main assembly, so it wouldn't turn on half of the time. Needless to say, I have spent MORE money and time buying new LCD brackets, a new LCD back cover, taking my whole laptop apart and fixing it than it would have been worth for me to simply buy the LCD screen and replace it myself. I should have demanded that they replace my whole laptop. I will NEVER trust these people with my electronics again! EVER!
